  1. Origin: Highland Terror Coffee Harmony with Nature

    Both Arabica and Robusta thrive in the fertile, red volcanic soil of the Mondulkiri Highlands (700m + elevation) in harmony with nature and wild ife biodiversity. The year-round cool climate and abundant rain create a "slow-motion ripening" our bean to develop a complex profile of deep sweetness and vibrant acidity.
  1. Harvesting: Selective Hand Picking

    Only the peak-ripe, crimson cherries are carefully hand-picked and delivered to our processing station on the same day day to lock in absolute freshness. 
  2. Processing: Craft & Science

    Driven by sustainability and precision, we combine scientific knowledge with artisanal craft to ensure only the finest cherries move forward into specialty grade which brings out the specialty potenial of every bean, ensuring a "moment of happiness" in every cup.
  3. Roasting: The Pida Roaster 

    Passion Push Innovation. Our Custom hot-air roasting machine was engineered in-house by the PIDA team specifically for Mondulkiri beans to achieve a clean cup, increadible consistency, and a flavor profile uniqueness.
  4. Brewing: The Final Bridge 

    By adjusting temperature, grind size and pressure; your brewing method unlock the hidden textures and aromas we've nurtured at the farm and crafted journey of our bean. Whether you prefer a bold body or a delicate floral tea-like finish, the method completes the store.
